Our Mission
Height is identity. Never a limit.
Tall children face bullying and stereotypes. Tall adults navigate workplace bias and assumptions about presence. TALL Excellence — Thriving Above Limits & Labels — is the first organization built specifically to address these gaps with structured mentorship, education, and leadership programming.
Founded by Jenee Jemison, our work is grounded in lived experience and committed to creating pathways for confidence, leadership, and excellence — for tall individuals of every age, gender, and background.

Educational support and scholarships of $500–$2,000 for college, trade school, and certifications.
