A tall Black woman who understands firsthand the intersection of height, gender, and racial identity, Jenee built TALL Excellence to give others the structured community and opportunity she searched for growing up.

Height-based bias is real — and largely overlooked.
Tall children face bullying, social exclusion, and pressure to conform to athletics or stereotypes regardless of interest. Tall adults navigate workplace bias, perceptions of aggression, and career channeling based on appearance.
While youth development and leadership programs exist, few explicitly address the experiences of tall individuals or provide identity-affirming spaces. TALL Excellence was created to fill this gap.
